I have the coroplast here to make a much bigger pen, but cannot find my utility knife, so the big boys had to go into the smaller Corral. They didn't seem to mind too much. :giggle:

So rewarding to read about this kind of rescue - it validates everything we do and try to teach. Thanks for the reports and the pics!! I emailed those stupid people with a few challenging questions (ex., why are you breeding?, etc.) at one point , (mentioned the dirty, poopy conditions in their ad pics too) and got back the nastiest email. Idiots.

I came home from work today and was handing out baby carrots and spring mix to everyone. I found Eli in his hammock and pulled him out. Damn! His eye is oozing pus and now there's the smell of infection. I called my vet but they had been closed for a whole 10 mins. I am just going to get to the clinic at 8:30 am and wait in the lobby until they can fit me in. :undecided:

Poor Eli and poor me, this is my 3rd trip to the vets this week...
