she's quite the fighter!! and she's lucky to have someone who will fight right alongside her!

it doesn't look too too bad
but it does look like something you'd just want to pull off and be done with, doesn't it? :sick2: :giggle:

oh Shelagh... just when I thought my stomach had adjusted... nope... ick... there it went. :sick2:

So glad she's pulling through though. & I'm happy to know that it's looking, so... um... nice? :laugh4:

Mmm, that could possibly be a piece of yoggie she stashed in there for safe keeping. lol
Yep poking fun at the cutie. Sending lots of healing vibes. Let the pus turds come out!

ok that looks a bit more worrisome to me, for some reason
I sure hope it heals quickly.

Poor girl! she doesn't bother it at all? no picking at it or trying to wash it away?

She grooms over it and obviously it pulls it off a bit more...but doesn't deliberately pick at it

:laugh4: You crack me up, Jo!

I have to admit this time I don't like what I see, but it seems like normal process... though I would panic a bit more easier than you do and would already have a vet appointment set up - or at least would have called to make sure I didn't need to take her in... Poor Lilith - can't wait for that thing to be off of her!!!

I have a call in to the clinic to make sure Inca's tentative appointment for surgery is still a go. I also said LOOK at the pics and ask Dr Munn if I should bring Lilith in for a look-see if I am already going to be there.

They said they would call me back. :?

I don't know how you do it...lol :sick2: Poor girl, but hope it's normal for what she's going through.
Oh, she'll just love another vet visit, I'm sure :giggle:

Looks pretty good to me - granulation tissue in the socket, pink skin slowly growing over the tissue, goober scab coming off. I don't know how she doesn't scratch it with her hind foot and just pull that gunk off when she hooks the suture with her toe nails...
