I don't think they're post neuter abcesses Anne 'cause he was neutered August 2009.

Maybe he's a late bloomer.

If your looking for immune system boosters your vet should look at Booster dietary supplement (www.heal-x.com). My vet recommended it for one of my girls and I think it did help, although not to the extent that the company talks about on their website. Granted she was 30 mo. old when I started giving it to her. Also I have some Sepra kicking around that expired is March (doesn't say what day) that I could mail to you if your interested.

Thanks victoria. I'll send the info to my vet and see what she says. He's doing pretty good today. That solution stuff is amazing his hole was way small and not as gross looking so it's helping big time! Hopefully this will be the last of the abscess.
