Well, today's the day.
I will be dropping Hannah off at 8 am, which is in about an hour and 15 mins, her surgery will start around 9. I will update you as soon as I know anything.
I have knots in my stomach.

Wish her luck

Just dropped her off, her surgery will start in a hour

Good Luck Baby Girl :hugs:

She has Bella for company

Hannah is out of surgery & in recovery. She was just waking up when I called.

Now here's to a fast recovery!

Another Update: She's back in with Bella & eating her blocks!

I will be picking her up supper time.

Should I offer her ensure and baby cereal tonight, or should I leave her with just the blocks?

I would give her the baby food and ensure too as she will be a bit sore and tired, and might just like to lick her food up rather than have to hold it and chew. And heck, it's nutritious and good for her, right? Glad to hear she made it through the surgery OK!

I still don't know how much this is going to cost!

I never asked, because I was getting it done regardless, and for right now it will be going on file until Dec 30th when I can pay it off. Some Will be paid tonight.

I'll update you on the cost when I go to pick her up :)

Hannah's home :)

She is in the bottom half of the double double FN with Bella, she is doing great.

I'll update with pictures soon, gotta go back to the vet with Toby & Dusty for check ups!

The total cost for Hannah including first check up, 3 tumor removals, a spay, pain meds and abs cost $700 ..ouch

Exactly Jo!

Just back from the vet with Toby & Dusty ..Dr. D. said there were 3 very large cysts on Hannahs right ovary ..about twice the size of her ovary ..so he said he was very glad he did the surgery instead of the implants.

She is currently in her coozygloo sleeping. I'll take some pictures a little later.

Although it's not great that she had cysts, it IS nice when it reinforces that what you did was the right choice. Glad to hear she's home and resting.

Pictures :)
