Growth on back of rat

It looks like a sebaceous cyst to me (but it could be a tumour).

I would suggest a vet appointment with a good vet who has the knowledge and experience to treat rats
so it can be diagnosed and she gets the appropriate treatment
If it is a cyst, she likely needs surgery to remove the sack and contents
so you will need a good vet with the knowledge and experience to safely operate on rats

1. click on the green "More Options" button in the lower right corner of the text box
2. click on the green "Upload a file" button
3. find and double click on the picture you want to post
4. position your cursor where you want the picture to go in the text box
5. click the green "Full Image:" button next to the picture you downloaded

Looks Iike a very large cyst. They aren't dangerous. You could try softening it with hot damp compresses and it might be able to be picked out a tiny bit at a time.
