Growth on back of rat

Hello, my cousins rat blue has had a growth growing on the back of her body for about 6 months now and it’s only getting bigger. I’m wondering if anyone has any clue on what it is or what to do about it? It looks like a sebaceous cyst to me (but it could be a tumour).

I would suggest a vet appointment with a good vet who has the knowledge and experience to treat rats
so it can be diagnosed and she gets the appropriate treatment
If it is a cyst, she likely needs surgery to remove the sack and contents
so you will need a good vet with the knowledge and experience to safely operate on rats

Looks Iike a very large cyst. They aren't dangerous. You could try softening it with hot damp compresses and it might be able to be picked out a tiny bit at a time.
