This one is actually pretty tricky. It's a well known saying and the answer is 5 words long.

However, I've only identified 3 or 4 words of the answer in the puzzle myself, so maybe it would be better to skip this puzzle and move on to another one?

I agree. After I posted it, I started having second thoughts about it. Then I wondered if someone might see something in the puzzle that I didn't.

Basically, I got 'Honesty is best..." or "Honesty is the best..." from that puzzle. The blue colour of the letter 'T' could represent ice and I guess the letter itself does look like a telephone pole. I'll post more straightforward puzzles from now on.
