The Many Uses of Catnip (for Humans)

I've decided to post this here rather than in the cat section because this is for humans, not for cats in this instance.

While on a cat forum I read a post where a girl mentioned making a tea from steeped catnip so I thought I would look into it a little since I have nothing better to do right now. The information I found completely blew me away! Who knew this stuff was so awesome.
