Jack Sparrow is driving to WhoKnew's house to pick them both up. They will go to the 24 hour E-vet and have her humanely put to sleep. We all wish her a sweet sleep, with no more pain, neglect and suffering. Fare thee well, little Daisy. :heart:

BIG HUGS to WhoKnew and to Jack Sparrow for taking in this girl to be taken from her suffering existence.

What an amazing E-vet too! Took one look at Daisy and took her right back for the euthanasia. They quoted me $240 (130 exam fee, and 110 for euth) but managed to cut as many corners as possible and only charged my Visa $109.00 total. The vet thanks us for our kindness.

And thanks to the 16 people in Chat worrying over this little life, that was for most people, far away, and thinking of what to do, and supporting whoknew in this shock. It was a sad and terrible night, but it was also very inspiring... :heart:

I'm back. Everything went well. The vet and people working there were horrified by this situation. They were thankful that we took Daisy to them. We burried her too.

Thanks to all who made it possible to give this little girlie a merciful end to her suffering, especially Whoknew for taking her in and alerting us, JackSparrow for getting her to the vet, the vet clinic for their compassion, and Lilspaz for doing so much of the organization.

I now feel OK to go to bed.

I can't believe her previous owner let it get to this point. I know it's not going to help the little girl now but it wouldn't hurt to make a call to the SPCA and report the previous owner.
