:cheering::cheer: I think its time for more cheering! GO Team Oreo! Best of luck today ... :cheer::cheering:
Thank you for everything, guys!
This thread is 27 pages long, and you have been here from the start. All of your posts have been so helpful, I don't think Oreo would still be all right with out you all and the rat shack.
I just got home from school, and we are going to the vet in a few minutes. It is surgery day at the vet's, so we are just dropping her off and when the vet has a period of free time, she will take a look and let us know what needs to be done. The wound looks every better than this morning, I'm so proud of my little girl!!!
It's great to have happy, bouncy Oreo back, tail or no tail.![]()
LOL it does! That tail things sounds terrible - to chew your own tail off, but I suppose the vet is right and that is probably what they would do in the wild. So all is good and Oreo is back to being a happy rattie!!! :woohoonaner:
Rats are far better at maintaining wounds than we give them credit forI am sure she is keeping that spot nice and clean. I hope i never have that tail thing happen here. I dont think I could handle looking at it.... Very freaky looking.
