Hannah is aprox 24 months old, I have had her for 18 months, and I was told she was 6 months when I got her.

She got spayed 4 months ago, due to 3 mammary tumors under her armpit, down her side, when she got spayed, 2 cysts were found on one of her ovaries.

She has just finished up 4 weeks of baytril + doxy combo due to a resp infection.

She weighs 530 grams.

First Thing: Her right eye looks slightly bigger than the left

Second: She seems moreof a cluts when walking

Third: She has started nipping at fingers (neuro?)

Fourth: She eats treats and food low to the ground (not resting her paws, but very close to the ground)

Fifth: There are 2 very small movable lumbs on either side of her cookie area

Sixth: Head Bumping Slightly
No chnage is weight, or energery.

I have noticed all this today :(

I think this is early PT? and two more mammary tumors :(

I do have pred here, along with baytril and doxy.

Any advice?

So she failed the cheerio test? Try her on the pred as a diagnostic then.

Okay, how much

530 grams
Pred: 1mg/ml

She took the cheerio and started eating it, but with her paws close to the ground, VERY close.

You can see in this picture, here right eye is bigger:

You can see in these two pictures, how she eats food:

That really sucks. I was talking with my vet and it's seeming like the PT is the one giving a surge in mammary tumours. So when the pituitary gland develops an adenoma, it starts to surge with hormones which then sparks the benign mammary tumours.
Are you able to try Bromocriptine? This would be a great way to see if it would also work on the mammary tumours.

maybe bump it up to .5 (1 mg/kg) to see if you get a definitive response, then if you get her stable reduce it for daily use.

Okay, ill start that tonight, since I did 0.3 last night.

Aslo give baytril? .50 mg/ml ..she was getting 0.11 twice a day for her resp infection ..would I double this up and give in the night? so 0.22?

At this time, I highly doubt I will be able to try it. As you know my vet just returned from stress leave/family leave and he is more than bogged down ..so for him to go research a drug would ne hard ..but I will ask him ..I am calling soon to make an appoitnment for her.

:( How is she doing now?

Shes good. Other than being a lil off balance (which isnt that noticable) and not holding food high ..shes perfect.

Yep, 8 days ...

I have pred and baytril here, so im not worried. I have called the clinic and they are going to give him the info for the other drug.

I may not even be able to get that drug ..so

He just got back to work from stress leave / his 11 year old dtr was in hospital ..he is bogged down.
