When he is well, he is really well and I do think he's making a play at being a "bed rat". He doesn't like to share me though and gets very upset with other rats...

I think I am going to try just one more thing, and up his dose a little (he was at .8 mg/kg) and split the dose morning and night and see if it stops his big crashes.

Last night was very good, I caught him eating lab blocks for the first time in awhile.

The overnight went well...I kept waking up to Cecil sleeping ON me (this is new) so it was easy to put my hand over his body and quickly judge how relaxed his breathing was. He just got his morning dose of dex, and enalapril and baytril.

He looks great...so far so good!!

I told him he was a brave brave boy while giving him kisses, so he kissed me back.

OMG, that last picture just brought warmth back to my broken heart. :heart: What a sweet, happy boy! I agree with Sharlee - I think Cecil is in love with you!

I am so relieved he's better now. I really hope this time he will remain in the right track! raying:
