Cecil is not doing well...he seems to only want to be with me, on me or near me...which is a sign in my books. I just sryinge fed him to make sure he's getting enough fluids and nutrients and after fighting me (thinking it was meds) he sorted it out and enjoyed 10 cc's and is now sitting in my lap bruxxing and quiet. I don't know if he will make it through the weekend though.

I had never heard of this! Do you stil have to buy the tanks each time?
Oxygen concentrators do not rely on tanks. That is why they are a great option for people who need oxygen 24/7. Medical grade concentrators are quite expensive as they have to pass rigid criteria. Hobby grade concentrators are less expensive. I have purchased my concentrators from Artistry in Glass, which is in London, Ontario. All you need is a plug. It pulls oxygen from the air and concentrates it. The higher the flow/pressure, the more expensive. Artistry also has 'scratch and dent' concentrators which are even less expensive. A link to their website:

They are expensive new, but you may be able to pick something up on Kijiji used for less.
