Weird scab on rat?

Hi my rat Oz is about 2 years old and he is perfectly healthy about 10 minutes ago i noticed he has a scab looking thing on his stomach i play with him everyday and havent noticed it i dont know what to do or what it is please help

Was there a lump there previously? I am wondering if he had an abscess that burst, such as a preputial gland abscess

If it does not improve or get worse you will want to take him in to see a good vet with the knowledge and experience to treat rats, asap as he may need antibiotics or surgery
Given the location, it could become very serious

Thank you so much he has not previously had a lump it just showed up it looks better today and the hole is gone just the black stuff
