I need help with identifying this growth and what to do about this. It's a weird location and my vet suggested not to do anything, as it has a lot of blood vessels and can cause a lot of bleeding, and my Ziggy is 2y3m old now , so there is anesthesia risk.
On the other hand, this thing is growing quite fast – i notice it getting bigger every day and I'm concerned it will soon start bothering him and preventing from eating properly.
Another vet suggested removing it, but this would require injectable anesthesia.
Please advise what is the best course of action here?
And also: what could have possibly caused this? Has anyone seen this before? I haven't found anything similar on the internet and I'm at a loss.
