I have some powdered Enrofloxacin 20% intended for birds.
Has anyone used this before to treat rats with respiratory infections?
I'm not sure of the dosage I should be using. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. TIA

Unfortunately we cannot give you mixing/dosing instructions on the 20% enro powder. It won't be accurate as tthepowder is not pure Enro like a pill would be, it's a small amount of Enro in a whole lot of powder. We tried very hard behind the scenes to figure out mixing/dosing on Real Rat Lovers Want to Know but finally gave up and just recommend not buying it. :(

Ok thank you for the response. Is there anything you can buy online that IS recommended?

Ok, I will get some then, I have the enrofloxacin powder 10% and seems as tho it can’t be used. Thank you

Just saw this now. I have never used powdered baytril and have no idea regarding it's use
Perhaps you can check with a vet re how to mix it and the proper dose

Hope you found the help you needed
