Those might be the best, most accurate, two photos of how boys feel post neuter. LOL! :giggle:

Update:: Scamp has a red/purple spot on his scrotum! should I be concerned?

He is active, and dose not seem to be in pain.

Scamps does look like bruising. Tucker's incision was likely pulled open a little because he's moving and stretching the skin. It always looks so clean and nice when you first get them home...by Day 2 it looks wretched and on Day 3 you see the real healing.

So right now everything seems okay? my vet is not open tomorrow, but is on monday incase I need anything.

Scamps scrotum is now all purple ..it looks like it was bleeding inside and now its stoped! it's only one side

Is this normal? should I have it checked?

It's not swollen and he is walk and acting fine.

Last night it was just a spot, but now its that whole side

So now the side thats purple is also swollen! ....he dont seem to be in pain though ..walking fine

The shrinkage is going well, the swelling looks like a bit of trauma but it should resolve. Just watch to make sure they are acting themselves, as that's the best indicator.

Alright!

I have them in a cage with levels, should I put them in thwie hospital one to keep them from jummping and such?

Wilbur night of neuter

Wilbur the day after, they seem swollen and hard and I was unsure if the vet (not Munn) had even removed the testes.

Ivan's neuter

All of these resolved beautifully.

Tucker is sucking in his sides and not moving a whole lot while out. When he is in his cage he just plops on his side and stays there.

I have given him Ibuprofen.
