When Sprocket fell and knocked out his 2 front teeth, it took him a full day to literally stick his hand is his mouth and wiggle and rip them out since they were cracked under the gum. I don't remember if his were 'sideways' like her, but I know that he was very unhappy until he wiggled those puppies out.
