I was giving my son a bath today and noticed he has many tiny little orange specks all over his skin and his hair. Does anyone know anything about that? Should I be worried?

It kinda sounds like buck grease to me! I can tlreally see it on my hairless boys!

If rat, it could be lice. Check out www.ratguide.com and look at the pics on there. Also tells how to treat. Could also be buck grease like the poster above mentioned.
