scabs or bites on baby rats ears

I have 2 baby rats that are about 7 weeks old and noticed one got these bites or abscesses on her ears. The other one not as much but has “bites” on her tail? Is this mites? Do these go away? Thanks for any advice!

Aw, poor baby. Looks like sarcoptic mites. Time for a vet appointment! Revolution for everyone!

I'm a new rat mom so I don't have any idea what it is. I just wanted to say your kids are beyond cute!!! They look so sweet and soft. I hope you find answers here. Everybody has been so great helping me out.
