it's starting to sound like something beyond mites, although that could have been the original cause. Its possible she has a staph skin infection (pyoderma). She would need antibiotics to cure it. Is she scratching a lot or seems bothered by her lesions?

I was trying to get clearer pictures but i cannot stress her out anymore.
her behavior is normal; ocassional itching but not excessive
