I can't believe that Poe has made a complete recovery from his stroke!! He is now back to his old self. But he is extra cuddly (he's always been an aloof guy) and I'm not sure if it's because of Emma's passing and he misses her (they were very close and always together) or it's because when he had his stroke, I was giving him extra lovies and he's learned to enjoy them! But what a relief. He has, however, gained a lot of weight thanks to SQ awesome recommendation of Soy baby formula!

That is such great news. I too have noticed the sick rat will bond more with his human with the extra attention they get while being treated.
