It's being slow about reabsorbing, but I *think* it's getting smaller. It's hard to tell. :?

Wow that was really awesome watching her heal, thanks. The fluid bump definatly looks as if its getting smaller to me, I hope her recovery goes smoothly. What a beautiful girl!

It's still a wee bit there, you can see the colour through as well. I wonder if it's like hematoma which is why it would be so dark through the skin.
Otherwise looks good. How is she today?

Closeup:

It's getting smaller and smaller, but there's still a palpable mass, probably a hematoma... if it's not at least shrunk significantly by Thursday or so, I'll consult with my vet about whether it needs opened up and flushed out or not. Otherwise, it feels a little scar tissue-y around it, but that's to be expected.

It's looking fabulous. I'm guessing your vet might want to just leave it.

Now we need a pic of her sweet face.

As long as it keeps shrinking, I'd be inclined to just leave it too.
I'll see about getting some fresh pics of her absolutely adorable face. And maybe some tummy shots that actually include her head. Maybe even some grease up the piggyelephantchicken shots.
