intros?

I have 3 older males over 2 years old. I have 1 male approx. 20 months. who has lost 4 of his cage mates since September. The one passed away very horrible death. So, now, should I attempt intros with the older males OR should I try to get younger males for the one by himself? How hard is it to do intros in older males??

I would definitely try to do intros with the resident older males.

Difficulty depends on the rats involved.
