I think my White Rat is falling ill - Please help

I am unable to find grenadine, but I am force feeding Gaaye Zithromax and DOXY (with Strawberry Syrup like lilspaz68 said) using a syringe (without needle)

From past night, he's eating and drinking very little

There's small amount of red prophyrin discharge from his nose too and he's feeling very restless. He keeps on going from one place to another and his labored breathing continues

Today, He was breathing with his mouth wide open (gasping), so I gave him steam using a boiling pot (by keeping him quite away from direct steam) for around 2-3 minutes

Actually by mouth wide open, I meant to say, I can see his bottom teeth as shown at the end of following video (recorded just now):

Sometimes his mouth is closed (normal) and sometimes his mouth is open as shown in above video. He also makes loud grinding noises with his teeth sometimes

Ok, I see what you mean, it's just slightly opened because of how he is laying.
He's looking really rough... poor guy.

Make sure he is getting fluids in him. He almost looks dehydrated. He needs some ensure or something similar to help him gt some sort of nutrients.

Try mixing it with some mushed up bananas, or make a fruit smoothie without any milk and pour it into that. (just a spoonful or so, or he might not eat it all)

If you switch around your food combinations often, he might not notice the taste. As a last resort, just hold him tight and get it in there by force(gently). :x

Gaaye Passed Away at around 3 AM in the morning today

He was very restless from yesterday evening. He started avoiding Food, Water and medicines. Whenever I tried to give him anything using syringe, he simply gets very restless and tries to run away.

The only thing he wanted to do is to keep lying on my lap, with his head on my arms/hands. I felt like he only wants to keep laying on my lap and he wanted lots of caressing. At this time too, I tried to give him medicines and water, but he simply ignores them.

From his face at around 11 PM, I felt that he was in lots of pain and distress. I can't forget the way he looked at me.

At around 2:30 AM We were both sitting on my bed and suddenly he started gasping. It continued for around 15 minutes and then his breathing came back.

During the gasping period, there was loud COUGHING Noise from his nose and it seems like his nose was completely blocked by cough.

After his gasping stopped and he was breathing somewhat normally, there were LOTS of liquid coming out of his nose. I cleared his nose and mouth with soft cotton

For 5-7 minutes he was normal and the gasping again returned, he gasped for around 8-10 minutes and passed away, while I was caressing him.

Me and My brother buried him in a park near the burial place of DON - His best buddy and real brother.

I would like to thank everyone who helped me.
