Hi my name is haley and my pet girl rat is almost two years old! I notice their was blood on the towels I put in her cage and I looked over her but only found blood on her feet so I gave her a bath thinking it was a cut but I didn't find any cuts after I gave her a bath! I had her finish drying off on a towel underneath my blanket and notice their was blood on it and I checked all over but their wasn't any bleeding spot so I flipped her over to check her tummy and I noticed green discharge coming out of her private part! What should I do! I don't have the money to take her in and is she in any pain?

Wow, she needs to see a vet. If you really can't afford it then you have 2 options... Humanely euthanize her to relieve hervof her pain and suffering, or surrender her to a rescue agency. But you have to do something, and fast. Unfortunately I don't have any other suggestions, but as much as it hurts, you should consider how much SHE hurts. Get her help, that's what a mature, responsible, loving, pet owner would do. No matter how much it's going to hurt, help her. And I'm sorry.

Hi thank u for responding and we decide to take her to the humane society on Monday to euthanize her. Before this happen she had a seizure and was doing good but was miserable so now we decided it would be best for her.
