Hairless rats + oily skin?

Do hairless (double rex) rats have oily skin requiring regular maintenance, like a sphynx cat?

Also, does anyone here have animal allergies and own hairless rats? How do they effect your allergies?

I find with nakies (as I call them) that dry skin is more the worry. Most nakies have a natural balance of skin sebum to keep themselves healthy. Unless you have an intact male then you can expect the unsightly orangish sebum called buck grease.
