Terrible! You saw how often I was in chat fretting over it haha.

But yes, totally learned my lesson. I didn't freak out too bad either... didn't do this -> :panic: once! Lol

Thanks SQ! I'll be in contact if there's anything I need :D

I am proud of you, I would have been bald! :)

I was tempted to pull my hair out but refrained hehe.

This morning she was 145, tonight she's 141. So that's good :)

She will go up and down throughout the course of 24 hrs... it's just as accurate to weigh her at the same time everyday. And less stressful ;)

I was told to weigh her twice a day at the same time, once in the morning and once in the evening. But then last night in my readings I found people saying they just do it once haha so that's what I'm going to be doing :)

One thing that has me slightly concerned: I can feel her nipples fairly easily. Where before I searched and searched and couldn't find them. Hopefully it's just because I know they're there so I notice them and not them being more pronounced.

She dances :p

No pregnant belly from what I can see in these pics.

Weight Friday was 146, weight today is 160.
48g total gain in two weeks. I'm going to get some pictures of her once she's not so hyper. Right now I can't even hold her for more than a second

Hmmmm, from that glimpse of her belly, ummm.......it looks pretty round...
Is she in her own cage?

It does for sure. She's been in her own cage since the moment I realized she had nipples and was in fact a girl. So two weeks yesterday. She's also had a shoe box with lots of nesting material since then.

Make sure she's getting lots of nutritious food as she looks like she's growing babies. Here's hoping for an easy birth and a small litter!

Yes! I'm just about to get her some ensure actually :) And thank you! I intend on keeping the babies (unless she has a huge, huge litter) and have already told my boyfriend I will probably need another cage.

So. Barrow is fluttering her ears like a mad woman when near the boys cage. So does that mean she's for sure not pregnant? Can rats come into heat while pregnant?

Flip her over and check her vagina...is it open and darker? Scratch over her rump and hips and see if she arches her back. If she does these things, she's in heat and not pregant.

This sounds like excellent news!! Those fluttering ears are amazing. Just today I watched my Zeta chasing all the other girls around the play area, trying to mount them. Plenty of outraged squeaking going on

Let's hope that your girl is in heat and that your worries are over.

Oh my, that sounds like great news! I so hope she's in heat! (Even though babies are lovely, we really don't need any more in the world...)
