It can be refrigerated, it says so on the package/info pamphlets. You submerse it in water to liquify it, it works the same as a solid or liquid.

I don't have any ideas for treat balls but the dosage recommendation gives a lot of flexibility, so there wouldn't be too much worry of giving too much if you stick to a middle of the range dose.

Healthy Bird (NB based) carries the small bottles and can special order the larger sizes. I ordered a bunch of cheaper bird toys at the same time (the kind you put on skewers) so the shipping did not seem so bad.

I sort of thought so, but wasn't really sure. I think I might make it a project of mine to come up with some sort of tasty, healthy treat that has booster in it. Just for kicks.

I just remembered that Harrison's Bird Bread suggests people use it when baking their mixes, so you may be able to make something baked. I would contact the company and confirm what the highest temp it can be safely heated to is before doing that.

Avix and Healx are the same company. I think they used to focus on birds but now that they are focusing on other species they changed the branding of some of their products to appeal to a larger market. The Booster that is given to birds is the same that is given to cats, dogs, rats, etc. Every bottle I've bought has had the Healx brand, not the Avix one, so I think that's an old picture they are using on the site. Either way, the Avix and the Healx stuff is the same.

That being said, Booster isn't a miracle cure... What's wrong with Bobby and what have you tried?

The lady said he was 2 when I got him in September. He's still eating, he did hurt his foot the other day and the side he hurt is sucked in a little bit. I don't know what to do for him.
