My Savanna got little scabbies, so I treated all the kids for mites (tho the others had no signs) and still Savanna didn't get better.
I took her to the vet and the vet said it was a (I believe bacterial infection) that could have entered from an opening in the skin, like scratching if she had mites. She gave me Oribiotic ointlment and that cleared it up.
It did recur a few times, but cleared up each time with Oribiotic ointment again. I don't know how she got it, but she was the only one that went on the floor, maybe it was something there? They had treated the place for bedbugs a while before that so maybe an allergic reaction to that?
Anyway, if it doesn't clear up maybe Oribiotic ointment would help?
