Hope there isn't a litter under there ....

As for food that can not be carried away, baby cereal is good too ...
if the cage is covered as jorats suggested and has food and water and is comfortable, they may want to stay in it.

All the best for tomorrow ...

Thanks guys for all the kind words/support.
I just went out to Canadian Tire and bought a live trap for rats...
Hopefully it will do the trick. :cheeky:
We're off to try it out.Hopefully we will be back with 2 new ratties to give the love they deserve.

:happydance:

We'll report the results when we return.
Please send good vibes for the ratties

Here is the trap i bought

See ya all later :D

Well guess what ?

:happydance: :happydance: :happydance: :happydance:

It paid off :joy:

Sorry i forgot to take a pic of when we caught the other one...Was just too excited... :giggle:
took about 1 hour to caught both. The second one liked to go around and investigate.

I belive lilangel will elaborate more on them.
At least now they are ina great home and will recived all the love they need.

Thanks again for "wishing" us luck,it paid off :hugs:

yeah im so happy we caught them and thanks to tackleberry17 for calling me and telling me about them if it was not for her i would have not known about them.

right now they are eating baby food and munching on blocks and drinking water all at the same time lol

the thing is i need now revolution where can i get that ASAP pretty cheap?

i think bf is going to gather some cash and we are going to make a vet visit for them to make sure they are ok.

also they look maybe 6 months old not old at all. one is a fawn hooded and the other is a dumbo siamese both girls :happydance: .

we also on the look out for a cage for them so everything will be good and set for them.

on the other hand should i keep them in my room(my rats are in the dinning room) or no matter will my rats get bugs? when treating them with the meds should i do a treatment on mine in case?

I knew you guys would do it!! Wonderful!

If you keep the newbies far away from your crew, then you shouldn't need to do them but remember not to handle both at the same time because you could transfer the buggies from one to the other.
Can you get ivermectin horse paste at a feed store, it's like $20 and you'd get it faster.
