if this person should not play vet.. wether they know how or not.. if they do not have a liscence to do these operations they should be reported. you wouldnt go to your neighbors house to get some sort of surgery done... like a vasectomy or a heart transplant ... even if they knew how to do it.. its just wrong! :gaah:
