Water bottle question

I got a new water bottle today..
I shaked it like the instructions said, but it seems like they only get a little bit of water out(what´s in the tube thin(?)) and then they don´t get anymore out..
Is there anyone who knows why, or what I can do about it?
I can´t keep shaking it everytime they drink...
Its one of these(i know the picture is tiny..)

I do have another waterbottle in the cage by the way..
But it makes a lot of noise, so I would prefer to have these(I bought two, but it was something wrong with it so I have to change it)..

From what I can see it looks like the ons with the ball inside???
It's weird though tha you had to shake it.

All those bottles I´ve had(all with the ball inside) says you have to shake it before you hang them up...
I´ve also tried pushing the ball until it came water.. Don´t know how well it worked.. Don´t seem like they drank anything last night, but there is water in the tip..

Arresal: Yes I´ve filled it right to the top, like I´ve always did..

Tap the ball with your finger a few times as if it was a rattie tongue licking it and if a bubble goes up inside the bottle, it means water's coming out. I have the Classic Pets gravity bottles and they've always worked for me, though I've found just about every other brand doesn't!

I´ve done that now.
Now I´ll just have to wait and see..
I really hate those bottles.. They make so much noise when they are drinking..
The cage is in my bedroom..
I hope it works now..

Provide a bowl of water just in case there is something wrong with the bottle...without seeing for myself, I couldn't tell you if it's working or not >.<

Now I can get water out. I´ve tried it for a while and it haven´t stopped yet..
But I haven´t seen they drink today(they mostly drink around bedtime, and almost nothing during the day).

It looks like it stops from specially one water bottle if it´s been hanging for a while..
I don´t get why it keeps doing this!!
It flows fine.. and then it.. Stops.. :wallbang:
So far the other one looks better, but who knows..

Is it possible that the water bottle gets better over time?
Looks like they have gotten some water out of one of the bottles during the night..
(I have the two water bottles + a waterbowl in the cage)..

I have had to buy a few water bottles because some just stop working or worse, leaks out all over the place. If when you tap the spout and no water comes out, I'd get a new bottle.

If i tap it, it comes water.. Then it stops for a bit.. then the water starts again.. It seems like they manage to start it again on their own..
But I don´t understand why it stops in the first place.. It does so with both bottles..

 

I find spring loaded bottles really suck, my ratties hate them!

I HOPE I have figured out why it won´t work properly now, but I doubt it..

 

It has a ball in it like all others, but there is a spring behind the ball and the animals actually have to suck on the bottle to get water out. It's purpose is, drip proof.
