Usually a vaginal infection is enclosed and should not spread to become a systemic infection (causing neuro symptoms). What antibiotics did they give you?
Unknown illness. Please help!

The antibiotic is Enrobactin (enrofloxacina is the active ingrediant). It shuld be very similar to baytril.
Maybe the infection didn't start in the uterus but spred there after some time? she had been fealing iffy for a few weeks befor going downhill but we all had attribute that to the mass on her leg.

Also, she has started to loose wegth. do you have any tips on food to give her to limit that? she is very willing to eat but she must not be absorbing as mutch

UPDATE
We did a TC scan that confirmed the pt, the pyometra and the fatty lump. she is off the cortisone because it would have worsen the pyometra and is now on amoxicllan, meloxoral and baytril. She is at the end of her road. Just trying to make her confortable now
