I would not get it re-stitched or glued unless it is gaping wide open. Otherwise it will be the same thing all over again.
It is truely amazing how fast rats heal up - you'll be surprised.

Aye, it's looking better today! 
I just wasn't sure if the way it looked was nice or not so i wanted to make sure i asked the experts!
Thanks a lot, i prolly said it a lot already but you guys are great and will do anything to help a ratty in need!
And a special thanks to you Victoria, i appreciate the antiseptic you gave for Pickle!
It came in handy considering the stitch on his back finaly came off two, took a week longer then i was told (my the vet) and it has a tiny ****oo.
