Squeaking whining sound?

Anyone ever had their rat start making a soft squeaking that sounds like whining? I was petting my oldest boy today and he started bruxing and then after a bit, he started to make the sound like he was whining in a way. It's the best description I can think of for the sound. It wasn't really squeaking- like I've heard. And he did it again when I picked him up. Never heard it before and just wondering if I should be concerned?

I think it's a squeaking... But can't be sure. Keep an eye/ear on him, just in case it's in his chest.
