That combo has also worked on my older rats, quite a few of them actually.

baytril + zithro have worked quite well for my seniors.
I think many underdose which is part of the reason why meds don't work

Zithromycin is less effective by itself. It is great as a combo with baytril though.

Alright... I will mention it to my vet.

Anything else I could try just in case she decides to be a pain in the bum and wont prescribe this particular med?

Baytril and clavamox can be a good one too.
