Does she head bump you when you try to pet her? Are either of her eyes bulging out more than usual?
Until you can get her to a vet, you need to offer soft, nutritious foods - baby food/cereal, soaked lab blocks, etc. - in a bowl that she can eat out of. (Rats with PT often have a lot of trouble eating out of typical pet bowls. I usually use baby plates like this
from the dollar store for rats with mobility issues) Make a shallow water bowl available too, as she is likely having trouble drinking from a bottle.
Put the food, water, and a house on the main floor of the cage (or whichever level she's staying on) so that she doesn't have to climb or go far to get everything she needs. If you can, cover the ladders with wool socks or something similar and make any hammocks low lying and easy to get in/out of to prevent injuries. You'll probably have to help her stay clean as time goes on - wiping her down as needed with a warm face cloth or baby wipe, particularly on her belly/genital area.
I took a video of one of my girls with PT last week that I'm uploading now. I'll post it as soon as it's done to see if it reminds you of how your girl is acting.
