She is showing a few of the same signs as Ninja was before we had to say goodbye to her.

Two days ago I took Ella out of the cage to play with her. While reaching in she was very jumpy. It took me a few tries to get her. I took her into the bathroom and put her on the counter and stupidly turned on the water. Well it scared the crap out of her and she jumped. The poor little girl landed on the floor. I was afraid she hurt herself but she seemed fine.

Half an hour later we were cleaning their cage (lower part of a FN) and we put all five girls on the top of the cage just so we could clear out their section to clean it. Well Ella climbed down the side of the cage onto a little hutch thats about 2.5-3 feet high. I don't know if she fell/slipped or jumped off of it, but she fell down to the ground. She started running away so it appeared nothing was wrong, but by the time we finished cleaning the cage, she was acting really weird.
She kept her head low to the ground, she wasn't moving much, and now her walking appears like Ninja's did.
Her appetite is just fine though. When we open the door to give them food shes the first to get out of their ball.
Shes had some poly on her nose for the past day, and now today shes got it in her eyes.
One thing I did notice yesterday is that shes either lost weight, or is severely dehydrated. I got Chuck to bring home some syringes and I fed her a bunch of Ensure. She gobbled that up really well!

I have Baytril (thats the yellow stuff right?) but no doxy. We started giving her infant motrin after talking to Shelagh because I thought she might have a concussion.

We just lost Ninja about a month and a week ago. We also went through something very similar to this with Ella before. I'm not ready to lose my little baby.

With all that's happened, it's hard to guess whether her behaviour is a cause or effect of the falls. Can she grasp a cheerio to eat? That is always a major sign when they cannot grasp with their front paws.

I hope that she does not have PT. How old is she?

I'm keeping my fingers crossed that it is the fall and that she can fully recover from it. But the poly in her eyes and on her nose scare me.

Ella is a little over a year old.

Can you take a pic? If she sprained her neck, she wouldn't be able to clean her face/nose very well and it may be building up. As long as she's eating, drinking and seems healthy otherwise.

I'll get a picture in a bit. I've got baby on me sleeping right now.

Would a sprained neck cause her to walk funny?

Chuck just gave them chick peas ans Ella got out of the ball and is right in there grabbing them and eating.

sweet baby sleeping on you...
how is the sweet girl anyway?

I really hope all is ok for your Ella, i'll be crossing my fingers, and if there's anything I can do to help, let me know, i'm somewhat close to you.
