I would stop feeding the Oxbow right away.
Weight loss like that is NOT RIGHT. Your rats are clearly not getting the nutrition they need. It is unhealthy for them to continue this diet, when they are clearly having problems with it!
I maintain that I don't care how good the ingredients list looks on paper, any animal of any species in ANY situation should never have a dramatic weight loss on food. That indicates there is a *problem*.
