EB49564B-C2D7-4702-8F7E-CDAA589F6A35.jpeg Just rescued this little girl. She was an owner surrender, and I couldn't walk away from her. They say she's about 7months old, but I'm not sure. She came with the cage, which I'm going to use as a quarantine. She had zero toys or house, and didn't have a cage mate. :(:( I have 2 girls that need a mate (I try to keep at 3 of both sexes), once she's out of quarantine. I gave her a space pod, and some toys, and I swear she smiled! I still need a name for her. I'd like to stick with foods or candy, since almost ALL of my animals have a food name (I love food). :D Any suggestions greatly appreciated.

Awww sweet little girl :)
Was she already quantified for 4 to 6 weeks, low risk so you are taking a chance, or are you doing a full 4 week quarantine in a separate air space?

She was never with any other rats, and only handed over about 3 days ago. I'm kinda hesitant to keep her alone for so long, but if it needs to be done, then I will. I checked her over really good, and she APPEARS to be in good health. Right now I have her in a separate area of the house. What do you think I should do?

It's really hard for me to walk in any place that could have an animal that needs rescue, because I want to save them all. Thank God it was my husband who felt she needed to come home with us today, because I just rescued my little boy, skittle, back in November! :D
