It's really hard for anyone to know what is causing those stomach/groin pains. He gave her a full exam and I'm guessing he didn't find any lumps which is excellent news, also probably no swollen organs either, more good news.
He's managing her pain which is good and the best he can do until he does xrays and blood work. Hopefully she had a bad spell and that will pass which is probably what the vet is hoping too since he couldn't feel anything wrong with her.
