I had a rescue with teeth like that and the vet trimmed them to the gum line and they grew back fine, never needed another trim. Hope it's the same for Isabellla.

i hope the trip to the gumline straightens them up
*touch wood* ive not had to deal with teeth problems yet. and your lucky she doesnt kick up a fuss! Ive not met an animal yet that is relaxed about their teeth being looked at lol

Her teeth were trimmed on Thursday in the late afternoon, and its only Sunday now. Here's a pic of her teeth from this morning.

They just keep cracking and breaking? Or are they growing in at two seperate speeds?

So what if you did a little filing every day with something like an emery board? She must be wearing the one down, but not the other. It really seems as though she broke her jaw!

Ugh... already. I'd go in there and trim that one long one. Just to keep them aligned.

Not this time, I am going to let them grow naturally so we can see what we will need to do in the future. Need a baseline on her teeth's growth. Good thing is that I took a look this morning and its still pretty much the same :)

Do you think removal?

It will be up to my vet. If my vet sees improvements where I don't then we shall likely keep trying to correct slowly with trims. It doesn't look promising to me, not necessarily the actual malocclusion but how fast it progresses. :undecided:

I already have my quote and am starting to save for it.

My Amie had to get her teeth trimmed every 3 days. She also had a facial tumor and the vet said her tumor was producing stuff (can't remember the word) that would make her teeth grow faster.
