Is rat litter/feces/urine poisonous for a mom to be?

I was actually just wondering this (if being around or cleaning rats cages was safe while pregnant) because I just found a couple of weeks ago that I am pregnant as well! Lol. We have a cat (he's an indoor cat yet has been outside before), and I knew about the cat issue, but I wasn't sure about rats..
