I can only express how sorry I am, and I totally agree to0. Some people just think rats are food for reptile pets, but to us here, they are just as important as our pet dogs and cats or even children, we love them and want to take care of them and make sure they live a good long life, and you did that very well, it's just sad that rats can get so sick so fast and there's barely enough time to react. Prehaps your vet doesn't have enough experience with rats to be more agressive with the situation poor Bear had, but there's always another side to the story so I won't assume anything. He was a very well loved rat though, and I'm so sorry for your loss and hope your other little angels can comfort you :hugs:
