You could find answers to really anything on google or searching a forum but then what would the point to the forum be if members weren't able to discuss and ask things.

The picture of the rats you posted are not considered high whites. Variegated markings and bareback are generally safe, its white where it shouldn't be.

Really are you still going on about this? All everyone is saying is take a better look before posting a whole new topic because as you've been shown there are different sources to check before giving up. Fine if you don't want to use google but as its been shown the Reference Section and The Rat Guide would be smart places to check before you make a whole new topic.

I stated that I used the search button and was unable to find a clear answer!

and I keep going on about it because there was no need for Eagle to be a snob

How about we move on past this and just discuss the Megacolon/High White issues. Please and thank you!

Megacolon is definitely one of those subjects that is clearly undefined. I've seen rats who are berks have MC. So I don't think anyone can really say for certain who's safe and who's not.

But for me, I don't give it much thought. It happens if it happens and you deal with it when it does.

As for the search option on this site, I'm surprised it didn't turn up much to help you. Unfortunately, we are still a relatively small community so discussing something that's been said before a few times is redundant.
