Help guys - instant breathing relief! Improvement!

Marshy has fallen silent today!!!! :happydance:
I mean that in a good way lol, his breathing is silent again! Thing is, since I upped the dose, I've almost run out of Baytril already, and I only got it last Friday!
He's still doing little tiny coughs, like where they sit and do the twitch a few times in a row, but his breathing is no longer laboured and he's looking at me wondering what all the fuss is about!
Anyway, any ideas on how to get more Baytril? I can hardly tell this new vet I upped the dose...I'd tell my old vets back in Liverpool, because they'd understand...

Or is there another vet you could visit ask for a proper dose?

I'm tempted to call my old vets...I'd gained a lot of their trust and they might just give me more...thing is, I'd have to go aaaallll the way there...unless they trust me enough to prescribe through phone call and let my mum pick it up and post it to me...
