Emily is leaving us tomorrow

I'm having a really hard time with letting Emily go. She's the last of our original 4 kids But she has lost a lot of weight and her tumor is so large that she has to drag herself with her front paws to get anywhere. All she does is sleep and looks so tired out.
It's just hard because I have this feeling she wanted to go on her own...but we can't let her keep going on like this. She's having no quality of life and soon it will be to the point of suffering.
All the kids seem stressed out because they know she's not well. Especially Griffin. He is taking it the hardest and I know when she passes he will be soon after. He hasn't been feelin to good and I think Emily leaving will be the final straw for him
Tomorrow is going to be such a rough day :cry3: :cry3:
