Ciprofloxacin/Dexamethasone drops for ear infection?

My rat Navi has an ear infection that popped up overnight and has gotten alarmingly worse in only 2 days. Would this medicine work, and if so what dosage? Please only people with experience with this specific medicine respond. Thank you

I would rather the oral meds if it was my rat. That, and about 4-5 days of a steroid given orally. That's the best, and quickest way of getting it gone. Good luck! Hope your baby feels better soon!

Definitely oral antibiotics used in combination with the ear drops.

Can you upload a video to youtube and copy/paste the link here. So we can see how severe her condition is.
