Yes, MRSA or VRE. Sounds more like MRSA if she's been given Septra though.
I don't have anything I can combine with the Septra at home, so it looks like I'll be waiting till I can get her back to the vet. Her breathing appears okay again this morning, which is puzzling. I've moved my humidifer to beside her cage and hopefully that will help.

Now I have to contact occupational health at the hospital to tell them I may be a MRSA carrier . . . argh.
