I’ve kept them separated until the ivermectin dried. I’ve spotted some tiny tiny red specks on 2 of the boys. Could this be the mites?

Could be lice. They are red because of the blood meal they just had on your rats. I heard mites are hard to see since they are microscopic.

I’m not sure if they had any lice or mites but I’m cleaning their cage and Remy (the shy boy) actually came out to sniff me and say hello! I gave him the ivermectin 2 days ago! I think you guys were right because it’s only the second time he ever done this so I’m happy that he is happier thanks to all for your advice
